Apparently I have been making jewelry far beyond what my memory serves. My mom told me when I was in grade school, I took apart a pair of earrings and twisted and mangled (I am sure) and came up with something completely different. My mother said that my version was far better but we all know mothers are biased. In either case, jewelry making became a hobby of mine about 5 years ago when I walked into a store saw the outrageous price tag on a necklace and thought that I could make that for much less. Jump to five years later and it has become a hobby and I enjoy it immensely. My background is interesting (I think) to say the least. I grew up all over the US but primarily in the Mississippi and Maine. Yes, I have lost the accent. I came to Boston to go to school and never left. Currently, I work at a consulting firm where I develop new business and have no idea what I want to do in the future. I have always written, you wouldn't have guessed by my sparse bio but I don't really care for writing directly about myself. I hope you see something you like at this site.
